AJA is
“One Line of Truth through Sweat and Blood!”
Asia Journalist Association (AJA)
was founded in November 2004 by journalists
from Korea, China, Japan, Mongolia,
and Southeast Asia including Indonesia, Malaysia,
Vietnam, Singapore, and the Philippines,
with the goal of promoting Fair Reporting,
Press Freedom, Advancement of Journalism.
Since its inception, AJA joined by journalists
from South Asia, including India, Pakistan,
and Bangladesh, and the Middle East,
is acting with a motto of
“One Line of Truth through Sweat and Blood!”
AJA respects diversity across religions, races, ethnicities, nations, and ideologies, and is committed to the realization of human values such as democracy, peace, human rights,
and environmental protection.
To accomplish key tasks AJA has continued to organize forums, to cover the field, to announce statements. We believe that by doing so, we can safeguard the universal values of humanity.
